After you fill out the budget and start charging people, this report will show you the funds that were supposed to be collected and what was collected. This will give you a clear idea of what needs to be collected. ·
- Ideally, your numbers should be at 0.00; If you are within your budget, the report total will be 0.00
- If you have an (-) means you are over budget. If there is an amount left, you are under budget.
NOTE: You will need to track your expenses and income through greekbill
NOTE: Cash VS. Accrual reporting – How the reports are generated. Cash is based on the money collected VS. Reports based on money that has been posted as a charge (you will eventually collect)
