Each chapter will have the ability to order and purchase cards at the request of the admin. Once ordered, the purchase card application will be reviewed and submitted and the card will be mailed within 7-10 business days. Each card will have the cardholder's name and chapter name. More cards are available for the chapter at an additional cost.
Here’s how to order a new purchase card:
1. To order a purchase card, log into the greekbill platform and fill out the application for the cardholder in the Purchase Card tile in the Banking Dashboard
- Access the application by clicking order a new card
2. Input the information on this page for the cardholder.
3. Click Continue and review your information before submitting your request.
4. Upon clicking finish, we’ll review and approve the application.
5. The cardholder should receive the card in the mail within 7-10 business days after it has been approved.
- When you receive the card, the cardholder will need to activate it.
- Once the card is ordered and shipped, it can be found on the purchase Card Summary Page
6. After activation, you’re ready to load funds on the purchase card and do any of the other Purchase Card features.
