Member Groups allow you to cluster members in an easily accessible group. For example, certain groups such as New Members, Seniors, Members that Live-In vs. Live-Out of the house, etc. These members may all need the same charges, contracts, messages, etc. Having them pre-organized into a member group makes it very easy to complete a task, especially if you have a large roster of members.

Creating a Member Group
Add a group to create a new one OR view all groups to edit an existing one. If creating a new one, give the new group a title (Ex: New Members). Then give the new group a description (Ex: Fall 2021 Pledge class). Move the members desired for that group over to the right-hand column. Review and save.
Managing an Existing Member Group
Once the group is created, it will be under the member group tab when assigning charges, contracts, or sending an email to your members. You just need to select the group and the list of members will populate in the right-hand column.
Note: You can always remove members or add additional members once a member group is populated before completing the task of the module.
