Any time greekbill communicates with a member it gets posted on the member’s 'Notes' section on their account. There is a record of every interaction such as an Introduction email, Invoice, E-Bill reminder, updated user name, and any time they reach out to the customer care team and interact with greekbill.
Member tab> Member Notes > Click GO
You can view the notes for a particular member by diving into their account. You can also access the Notes Report from the Reports page Notes tile, the Member Dashboard Notes tile, and the Member Roster – More Views Dropdown Notes option.
Note: If a member's payment is returned the reason for the return and a copy of the note the member received notifying them of the unsuccessful payment are listed here.
