In this report, you can find out the details of each member's payment and the summary of how each is distributed into each sub-account aka Income Chart of Account.
Accrual Income Breakdown -This will give you a list of every charge billed for that member, every member billed for that charge, and the COA "Chart of Account" it was coded to.
Pro Tip: If you ever bill your members incorrectly, you can leverage this report to see who was billed what charges so you can easily see who needs an account adjustment.

When you are assigning charges, you have to code it to a COA " Chart of Account". Based on how you code the charges, once members pay they will be organized by that COA on this report. You will be able to see the totals of all the payments organized by the COA. This will help you see how much income you have to work with on your budget.
